Important Tips to Remember:
Transportation is available as space and time will permit. Our services priorities are medical appointments, lunch programs, grocery shopping, personal appointments, and personal errands, in that order.
- There are no emergency or same day requests!
- Schedule your ride as soon as possible but no later than 1:30 PM one working day prior to your trip. Requests for riders cannot be processed on weekends and holidays. For example, to schedule a ride for a Monday, you must call us no later than 1:30pm on the previous Friday.
- Wheel chair transportation is available. Please notify our scheduling system if you are in need of a handicap van.
- Please make your medical appointments early in the day when possible.
- When scheduling a round trip, let us know how long you expect to be so we can schedule your return. If you will not be ready at the scheduled return time, call the office so that we can reschedule your return.
- We make only scheduled stops. Plan to do only what you have previously arranged when scheduling your ride. Do not ask the driver to alter the schedule.
- Be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- If you need to cancel, do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Someone else might be able to use the trip you cancel.
- A donation of $1.50 is requested for each stop. Suggested donations are posted in each vehicle.
- No Smoking in the Van.
- When weather is inclement, call us at 970-249-0128 to be sure we are operating. When schools cancel or delay classes because of inclement weather, we will usually cancel also.
